> Proponent, company, or agency name
> Project location
> Description and scope of the proposed activity
> Relevant application or supporting documents
> Maps, plans, and GIS data, where available
> Applicable submission or response deadline
> Proponent or agency contact information
Submission Notice
Receipt of referral materials does NOT constitute approval, consent, support, authorization, or formal comment. All referrals are subject to Skin Tyee Nation’s applicable review processes, policies, and procedures.
Electronic submissions are preferred. Please ensure that all relevant documents and supporting information are included with the referral.
